Just a quick bit of news I wanted to share. First off, congrats to our own Clarine Harp (a.k.a. basis of Aubrey). She's voicing Laura in the new Funimation title, "RIN ~Daughters of Mnemosyne~". She's been very excited about this role for a while now. On the site you can see the trailer - that's our Clarine trying to kill someone and screaming a sorta bleeped out obscenity at the end.

It's like this part was written for her.

Also, Clarine and I will be at Oni-Con in Houston next week, Oct. 30-Nov. 1. Yeah, I know I'm not on the site - it sorta needs updating. But I should (I believe) have a table. Dunno what panels I'll have. I might bring Bunnies & Burrows or Little Fears for a Halloween pen and paper RPG if any readers are interested. Might. Here's hoping.

Speaking of Little Fears, it was always one of the most impressive RPGs I've ever even read the sourcebook for. Well, the new Nightmare Edition is out. If I had the money, I'd have bought it already. Oh, I am making grabby motions at it right now.

Don't forget next month, November 14th, I have a table at Dallas Webcomics Expo. Entry if just $5. Other people attending are Rob D. of Cyanide &Happiness, Joel Watson of Hijinks Ensue, Scott Kurtz of PvP, my old friend/writing partner from a different life Don Cook of Deranged Comics, and many more. A few people have asked and, no, this isn't an extension of New England Webcomics Weekend run by the ever-awesome Meredith Gran of Octopus Pie, but we're all hoping for a really fun event.

Oh, and something else cool is comin' in December but I don't know if I'm allowed to talk about it yet. But it's really cool and a lot of you mainstay webcomic readers will be very sad if you can't attend. I fully intend to not make that sadness any easier to bear.

And one more tid-bit: There's a new webcomic to add to your reading list and it's drawn by my friend Erica Henderson and written by Phil Kahn of various things including Sketchiesand T Campbel of Penny and Aggie. It's called Guilded Age. Give it a read - it's young so you'll catch up fast, and Erica's art is amazing.

That's it. Go about your day, and remember: your Uncle Randy loves you.

Man, that thought's gonna haunt you today. -R.
