Old Familiar Faces IX Part 1

Well, it's time to start Year Ten and, like every year since the second, we're starting with the "Old Familiar Faces" week. This year's returning cast has already been chosen (with a little help
from my Twitter followers. Hopefully it'll all be people you're happy to see. If not... well, I'll sleep well at night either way.
Also, a reminder - this is NOT THE LAST YEAR OF SOMETHING POSITIVE. The comic has, at least, four more years to go. Maybe more. I'm still deciding.
