Biography: Monette is the adopted third child of the Macintire
family - although she wasn't brought into the fold until she was adult.
A native of Boston, Monette came to know the Boston cast when she was an
emancipated seventeen year old living in the same apartment building as
Davan and PeeJee. Her then roommate, Celie, would be the first woman
Davan dated during his stay in Boston.
Monette's life in Boston wasn't the most pleasant. She became known as
the airhead of the group, constantly falling into trends just for the
sake of acceptance - most notably trying, with no luck, to be a lesbian.
It wasn't until after she moved to Texas and in with the Macintires that
she slowly began to find her place in life, as well as a job, family and
girlfriend, Lisa Baugh.
